Ordering & Customization
What is the process for ordering a personalized item? It's simple!

On the product page, you'll find fields to enter your custom text and upload your photo or logo directly. Many of our products feature a live preview so you can see your design as you type.

Add the item to your cart and complete the checkout.

For complex designs, we will send a digital proof to your email for your final approval before we begin engraving.
What kind of image should I upload for a photo engraving? For the best results, please use a high-quality, clear JPG or PNG file. The higher the resolution of your photo, the more detailed and beautiful your engraving will be. If you're unsure about your image quality, feel free to send it to us before ordering, and we'll be happy to advise.
Can I see a preview of my design before you engrave it? Yes! Many of our products have a live preview feature directly on the product page. For all orders involving custom logos or complex layouts, we will email you a digital proof (a mockup of the final design) for your approval before we start the engraving process.
Can you handle large or corporate orders? Absolutely. We specialize in creating unique items for corporate gifts, events, and bulk orders. Please contact us directly with the details of your project, and we can provide you with a custom quote and timeline.

How do I care for my engraved item? To ensure your personalized item lasts a lifetime, please follow these simple tips:

For Wood & Slate: Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not place them in a dishwasher.

For Glass & Crystal: We recommend gently hand-washing to protect the engraving.

For Leather & Metal: Keep dry and clean with a soft cloth.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Our standard processing time to create your custom item is 1-3 business days. After that, shipping within Luxembourg via POST Luxembourg typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.00 for all orders within Luxembourg. We are also happy to offer free shipping on all orders over €75.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do. For any orders outside of Luxembourg, please contact us before you place your order so we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote and timeline.
