We proudly design, engrave, and ship every order directly from our workshop here in Luxembourg. Our goal is to get your personalized creation to you as safely and quickly as possible.

• Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to meticulously craft and prepare your order for shipment.

• Domestic Shipping (Luxembourg): All orders are shipped via POST Luxembourg. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of €5.00 applies to all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over €75.

• International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally. For shipping to other countries, please contact us directly for a custom quote before placing your order.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we have a specific policy for returns.

• Standard Returns & Exchanges: As every item we create is uniquely personalized just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that are not damaged or defective. We encourage you to double-check all spelling and customization details before placing your order.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a clear error in the engraving that was our mistake, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  3. We will work with you immediately to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
